Same Day Shipping
We ship from Madison, WI. Orders placed before 2pm CST will ship out the same business day Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

If your order cannot be processed for any reason, you will be notified within 24 hours.

2nd Day Air: 2 Business Days, Delivery typically by end of day
Expedited Shipping: 3-4 Business Days, Delivered by end of day
Ground Shipping: 1-5 Business Days Delivery based on distance to destination
Standard Shipping: 3-8 Business Days, Delivered by end of day
Standard Free Shipping: 3-8 Business Days, Delivered by end of day

Please allow at least 3-5 business days to receive your order from USPS. USPS does not allow shipping of any hazardous items. If your order is placed before 2PM (CST) you can expect that your package will go out that same day. Order placed after 2PM (CST) may not go out until the next business day. Ground Shipping
U.S. orders that contain flammable ingredients (ORMD) must be shipped ground. Products in this category include alcohol based airbrush makeup, brush cleaners, spirit gum, and many other special FX items. Please review the product description to confirm if it is a part of this selection. Depending on the destination, most packages are delivered within 5 business days. Ground shipping may take up to 10 business days for delivery on extreme cases. UPS does NOT deliver to PO Boxes. International Orders or APOs can request Priority Mail Service.
